RFQ Checklist

film blowing machine price

A film blowing machine price is comparable only after the acceptance basis is written: which roll is measured, how thickness variation and winding defects are judged, and which cooling and haul-off limits apply at the required width. This checklist does not publish a market price or a savings percentage.

Acceptance basis

Acceptance basis: Equipment scope
State layflat width, thickness range, layer count and whether the quoted film blowing machine must deliver a wound roll with treatment. Name die diameter and screw diameter as comparison fields, then require the factory to explain how those sizes serve the film. If ABA is quoted, write skin/core ratios and whether skins share an extruder. Work envelope, footprint and PLC interface belong here if the plant already has a control standard.
Price exclusions
List dies, IBC, oscillating haul-off, gauge control, corona, hoppers, chillers, installation, training and spare parts as included or extra. A lower machine line-item is not a lower project cost if those items move to the buyer. No discount figure is shown on this site.
Response basis
Thickness variation should be measured across the roll at agreed positions, not as a single center-line reading. Winding defects (telescoping, hard bands, crushed cores) need a method and a sample from start and end of the run. Cooling and haul-off limits at the required width should be written next to any kg/h or m/min figure. FAT or SAT language should point to those rolls, not to a photographed bubble.

Still open until the buyer answers: quantity, destination, delivery window, three-phase supply, connected load, cooling water, compressed air demand, and optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis plus supplier tier preference.
